The N.O.O.K. supports school staff in a variety of ways — from direct deliveries of essential items to enabling other important elements of the educational experience like team sports and the arts.  

The Essentials
Every child deserves to have their needs met so they can focus and stay in school. That’s why The N.O.O.K. provides families in crisis with immediate access to clothing and hygiene products. If a student does not have the proper shoes then they cannot participate in PE class or if a student does not have a coat then they cannot go outside during recess.

Hope Grants
Some needs are not related to a standard school day, but are invaluable for a student’s overall educational experience. Our Hope Grant provides access to extracurricular activities such as summer programs, funding for a school trip or competition, sports equipment, yearbooks, or tickets/apparel for formal dances. Our grant program exists to support the needs of the whole child.

Continuing Education Scholarships
The N.O.O.K. provides financial support for 2 and 4-year colleges and trade schools to students in the schools of Williamson County.  Our goal is to fill in the gaps of need to support students who are demonstrating great effort, motivation, and resiliency because without support, they will either have to choose significant debt or will not choose to continue their education.
